Doctors say that it is not necessary that if you are bored sitting at home or are free from work time, then you have social media with you, remember you have your real friends too, to save yourself from stress in your free time reduce the use of social media and you can reduce the stress of your work and studies by going on long walks, to parks and gardens, shopping malls, restaurants, with your real friends, this way you will not get addicted to social media and your life will be quite happy.

You can use social media to watch funny movies with your friends at home or even for a little fun sometimes. Remember, being too addicted online is also not good for your health.
